Mark M. Pond has been advising individuals and families for more than 20 years. His approach focuses on pursuing the true purpose of wealth, unique to each client. This partnership includes sophisticated solutions to provide freedom from the complexities and counterproductive emotions that money can provide. He brings extensive industry knowledge to each relationship, specializing in strategic planning, philanthropic guidance, investment management, wealth-transfer strategies, and legacy preservation.

Prior to establishing Pond Wealth Management, Mark worked and gained experience as a Vice President at multiple major global firms including UBS, Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Finance degree from The Johns Hopkins University. Mark also carries the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

A supporter and advocate of various causes, Mark is a volunteer in various community programs and has served on councils and boards of multiple educational and religious organizations. Originally from Houston, he currently resides in The Woodlands, a suburb of his hometown, with his wife, Anel, and two sons, Luke and Levi.
